When we produced our first whitepaper on Web 2.0 the focus was on what this
new phenomenon was all about. It was hard to find blue chip case studies as most of the
examples were from starts ups. 2 years on and the focus has shifted, there is now a
wealth of examples of best practice use of Web 2.0 functionality.
Web 2.0 has now shifted from being an object of interest to a tangible asset that can
