The challenge
Propex operates electronic platforms and listing websites on behalf of all the main
sectors of the commercial property industry in the United Kingdom. Formed in 1999,
Propex is the main source of online information about commercial property in the UK
market.
Propex required an additional website to be made available for investors and
stakeholders for them to be able to review different property schemes throughout
the United Kingdom – namely Propex Cityscape. It was also essential for Propex staff
to be able to manage the content of the new website without any additional training
or qualifications.
The solution
True Clarity have been Solution Partners with
Sitecore for several years and experienced
at working with them to provide clients with an extremely powerful Content Management
Systems perfectly suited to the development, management and usability requirements
demanded by sector leaders such as Propex. As qualified Sitecore developers, True Clarity
were able to work closely with Propex to provide them with a CMS ready to be populated by
their in-house developers.
The result
Propex now have a CMS in place which allows them to control and manage the build of the
Propex Cityscape website. The Sitecore CMS was prepared by True Clarity in record time for
the Propex Team. Sitecore is perfectly suited to Propex’s requirements; providing them with
a highly flexible CMS framework, the ability to add pages and layers, simple editing tools
and robust and secure administration protocols.
Additional user licences can be added on as the editing and management team grow – making
the Sitecore CMS extremely flexible.
