The process
First, in the early stages of the project we use what we call our QSD or discovery
process to get buy-in from the entire client team – by asking them what their needs
and problems are.
Then, during development we regularly check that what we’re building is what your
people need, by involving them in using and testing early iterations of the application
or system.
The outcome
Finally we create a specially tailored training module for new and future users
that includes online tutor sessions, CD-Roms and printed instructions in any language.
